Jack Caddy MBE was the first CEO of the Perth Market Authority. Jacks’ name is synonymous with the Perth Markets and in turn fresh local produce here so we felt it fitting to name our main restaurant and bar after this local legend.

Our motto is ‘Market Fresh’, which characterises our focus on sourcing and serving only local produce of the highest quality for our a la carte menu whenever possible.

At Jack Caddy’s Ale Bar & Bistro you can dine indoors in air conditioned comfort in either our main bistro area, our ale bar area or atrium area. Alternatively you can enjoy our comfortable alfresco area beneath our shade sails (weather permitting).
